Chasing Tails has been in business for 3 years now. We have grown slowly and with thought on the locations and dogs we take on and have been able to create a business structure which ensures that the dogs we look after are our number 1 priority.
We pride ourselves in being professional and accomodating for our
clients as best we can.
There are currently three of us in the business. We work well as a
team and communicate regularly updating each other on any changes
to the pack or behaviours we witness when out on walks and when
necessary ensure owners are given regular updates on their pets,
from settling in, to changes in their dog's behaviour.
As a rule, we do not take on aggressive dogs, we ourselves are not
qualified dog behaviourists and would recommend that dogs that
require socialisation if aggressive speak to someone that has the
necessary experience to do so.
We do take dogs that might be shy, or nervous around other dogs and
we can help socialise them and get them used to pack environments.
We run two group walks a day and will consider carefully where to
place any dogs that are a bit nervous.
We are pet owners ourselves and therefore understand the importance of your pet to you. They are treated with the best care while in our hands.
We operate a fully customised dog van with individual cages for safe transportation and comfort for your pets. The van is regularly treated with flea sprays and disinfected.
We only take a maximum of 8 dogs out on a group walk. Any more would be unfair to both the owner and the pet and could jeopardise the security and safety of the dogs in the event of an incident.
We are fully insured and police checked for your peace of mind.
We carry a small spray wash system to hose down your dog if they happen to roll in something unpleasant on the walk.
